THE Solomon Islands Inland Revenue Division has announced the arrival of new stocks of vehicle licence plates, now available for collection in Honiara.
The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) is aware of a recent media report suggesting that penalties are being imposed on taxpayer accounts without explanation.
A modern Road Transport Administration System (RTAS) has been introduced to support the management of transport-related services and improve service delivery to the public.
Customers have the ability to register for E-Tax, the IRD’s online tax system, which allows them to file returns for PAYE, Goods Tax and Sales Tax, and to pay those taxes through your internet banking.
