IRD is divided into three main sections, with each working together to ensure the Division effectively supports and encourages the collection of revenue.

Compliance Section is responsible for making sure taxpayers voluntarily comply with their tax obligations of filing and paying tax on time.  We also provide technical advice, and advisory and education services.

Audit Section plays a key role in ensuring taxpayers do not seek to evade or avoid tax, by detecting and taking action against those who try to avoid their obligations.

Operation Services plays a supporting role to the office. They manage taxpayer accounts and cashroom services, as well as supporting the Division across the areas of HR and procurement.
