This Strategic Plan sets out a clear roadmap to strengthen revenue collection, improve compliance, and enhance service delivery, while promoting fairness, efficiency, and accountability. Guided by the Government’s commitment to economic stability and growth, it focuses on six key priorities—improving service, strengthening compliance, effective policy administration, simplifying processes, advancing technology and data use, and developing our people. Through these priorities, IRD aims to modernize its operations, embrace innovation, and build a fair, inclusive, and trusted tax system that supports communities and improves the lives of all Solomon Islanders.
